Hacking stuff is really hard to find. We may have to waste most of the time searching the internet and even deep web for hacking tools and other kinds of stuff.
Learning to hack is my dream, I started with Android hacking but I missed a lot of things. The main reason was that I was not guided by anyone for this hacking search.

There are many youtube channels that are teaching hacking. But what I prefer is to go with NULL BYTE. This channel provides all the essential details and also clears the concept.
What I liked about this is, It just does not start its video and just starts showing the hacking but, it also tells us the use, working, and also motivates to use it ourselves.
Facebook Groups
Facebook groups are other main sources of free tools mainly. There are many Facebook groups that provide hacking tools but many of them are private.
Many Facebook groups share some kind of hacking ebooks and other stuff like carding tutorials.
Websites
Websites, are also one of the major sources of learning to hack as they provide you the whole article and also clarifies your doubt about what to do, when to do and why are we doing this.

Referring to everything I found that Telegram is one of the best ways to learn to hack and get its stuff for free or get them at cheap rates. One live example is of Ethanshop. They are really working hard to bring Everyone to the hacking. Also, they are now taking Hacking Special classes for some students only. Already started Carding courses and more than 50 members have learned it. Next, I would prefer is Youtube as its an educational platform and also provides quality content along with concepts explanation.
